Experimental Units for UniCRE

In the month of June 2016, we completed the gradual handover of 9 experimental units into the newly constructed Experimental Base of the Unipetrol Research & educational center within the program UniCRE. The experimental base is located in Unipetrol company Chempark, Litvinov - Záluží, Czech Rep.
In the delivery scope have been the experimental units constructed of dosing pumps of ingredients, catalytic flow reactors and separation parts interconnected with pipe branches. The units are equipped with elements of measurement and control of input gaseous and liquid media, as well as with monitoring the composition of the gaseous and liquid media outlet. Experimental units are suitable for variable using for testing refinery, petrochemical and other processes, catalysts and other process materials, and are identical in process parameters with the production in Chempark. Unit technological equipments are designed for the following operating parameters: pressure 10 to 200 bar and temperatures from 20 to 500 ° C.
Each experimental unit is equipped with an autonomous control system.

Furthermore, in 2020, our company supplied a hydrocracking test unit for the simulation of a two-stage hydrocracking process and research into the influence of conditions, raw materials and catalyst activity, etc. on the hydrocracking process. The experiments will take place in the short and long term, including long-term testing in the order of approximately weeks to 6-12 months.
